Congoo News Services
Congoo News services beta version is out and it is definitely worth trying. This service is the latest news portal, that allows you to customize news from various news providers.
An exciting feature of Congoo is Netpass which gives you limited access to top media houses such as Time, BBC, Britannica, AP, Reuters just to name a few.
Plus, it seamlessly fits into your blog or website. You can see it installed in my right side-bar. Of course anyone with a drop more creativity in their bones than I have will no doubt find some interesting places to put their little news box.
I like it because it is also a social bookmarking news service, that allows you to develop a circle of friends. You and your friends can make comments on a personally configrued news page. You also have the option of installing a Congoo toolbar (compatible with Firefox) which also provides search results, interestingly from Yahoo alone. Well that aside, it is still worth trying.
